being weighed for the first time

...and what a wild ride he has taken us on! He was born about 4 weeks early December 20, 2009, but he came out happy and healthy. We had a lovely home birth and couldn't have asked for better care from our midwives. I'll have a full birth story in a few days (or weeks, baby land is crazy) but I wanted to share the news over here.
