A Million Miles

When you have a child it's easy to forget what life was like before you became a parent. I have quick glimpses of it here and there, but often it feels like a million miles away. Some days that distance is a terrific thing, other times I envy the person I was before having a child. Today was a good day to be a mother. I feel blessed and loved and happy.
